HPLIP 2.7.9 Updated Port Skeleton

Hello All,
        I've finally gotten the port skeleton for hplip updated to 2.7.9.  If 
you could test it out, I'd appreciate it.

Read the pkg-message as it has important information for upgrading as 
things have changed in 2.x land.

I know that NOPORTDOCS is broken.  I'm working on it.
