spamassassin has crashed on hub.freebsd.org, which means that all incoming email for GNATS is just winding up in the spam directory.
I have processed all the queued followup mail, but I cannot resubmit new PRs until spamassassin is restarted. Please do not send duplicates if you have already gotten a bounce message; the messages are in the queue waiting to be hand-processed. I'll send an all-clear when the situation is resolved.
