The SDL commit will likely be able to proceed, actually - the schedule announced by re@ gives us more time before the freeze than I'd first thought, and I'm testing the SDL patch set now. GNOME is obviously a much bigger enterprise though. The fact that you're travelling would be a concern for merging before the release, but perhaps you feel comfortable that others would be able to take care of problems in your absence? We may be able to test the patchset on pointyhat later in the week, depending on how the next exp build goes. That's probably about the time you're leaving though. Kris
