Do cvsup (portupgrade) to latest sources and try again.
Here it is:
% uname -a ; pkg_info | egrep -i "gtk|scite" ; ls -d /var/db/pkg/
* | egrep "gtk|scite"
[... truncated ...]
As you can see, I do not have scite installed. It was going to be a
fresh install. The glib1 and gtk1 were pulled during the test
switch in the port, nothing depends on them anyway.
As I mentioned above message try portupgrade(1) your gtk-(1,2) packages
and try install again.
