Thank you for the time you spent investigating this PR. I have to close it
since I can no longer reproduce it. Now, regardless of whether mountd receives
a SIGHUP or gets restarted, exports are mountable. Perhaps it was something
wrong with the client, anyway, I am closing this. I am sorry for making noise
on Bugzilla.
