Phil Dennis-Jordan <p...@philjordan.eu> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |p...@philjordan.eu --- Comment #18 from Phil Dennis-Jordan <p...@philjordan.eu> --- (In reply to Kevin Bowling from comment #17) I appear to be running into this issue with the Intel 226-V built into my Intel NUC 13 Pro. I've updated the computer's firmware to the latest version ("ANRPL357.0036"). I've also run the EFI version of the nvmupdate64e tool (V1.41.3.1) from the I225 directory of the "Intel Ethernet Series 600 NVM Update Package 30.0". This tool did detect my NIC, correctly identified as "Intel(R) Ethernet Controller I226-V" but listed the "Ver.(hex)" column as "N/A(N/A)" and "Status" as "Update not available." There isn't an I226 directory in the update package unfortunately. I've not been able to determine a specific NIC firmware version for this device. The sysctl says `dev.igc.0.nvm: -1`, though I'm not sure if the 14.1-RELEASE-p5 kernel is able to read it out for this model? More sysctl info: dev.igc.0.%pnpinfo: vendor=0x8086 device=0x125c subvendor=0x8086 subdevice=0x3037 class=0x020000 dev.igc.0.%location: slot=0 function=0 dbsf=pci0:86:0:0 handle=\_SB_.PC00.RP09.PXSX dev.igc.0.%driver: igc dev.igc.0.%desc: Intel(R) Ethernet Controller I226-V The complete dropout of handling packets persists despite the system firmware update. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
