That's probably not a bug but only misconfiguration or incompatibility of the
default configuration with the user's needs. Maybe you want to change the
sysctl knob "net.inet.ip.redirect" which defaults to "1" and configure one of
the firewalls (ipfw(8), pf(4), ifp(8)).
