Maybe, or the driver is missing some initialization step. That would be the likeliest case although I'm not sure why exiting promisc mode doesn't turn it off then. Will dig deeper but it's not a pressing issue and time is currently limited on our end. I made a note on the review, no apparent objections as things continue to work regardless. Cheers, Franco
