Follow up dumb question, but I've very recently experienced (with ath(4), however) the following: * wlan0 is declared 'UP' and even associated, as declared by ifconfig(8) * DHCP seems successful- wlan0 has my static reservation However, the machine would otherwise seem to have no network. All ping(8) packets lost, but the network is otherwise fine.
