there is a huge number of bugfixes... We keep the SCTP sources of stable/8, stable/9 and CURRENT in sync (as much as possible). Some of the bugs do affect the performance. If it is possible, you can send me a .pcap tracefile (you can send it off-list) and I will have a look. Maybe it is possible to guess what is going on.
