How do I debug this problem?
make absolutely sure (by reading the code) tha tyou are correct about the
decision code. ancapsulate the function used in a small c or perl or
python
program.
take 100 packets at random
run them through the function..
see if you get the same result
state at packets to detirmine why.
report back
