Complete Guisti Sauce/Soup plant package. Never installed, brand new
800litre pressurised jacketed vessel with scrape surface mixing and
homogenization, transfer pump to two holding tanks which can be
chilled or heated by its own self contained built in chilling system.
Product flow metres plc control with recipe system, totally self
contained. Superb item of equipment.
BCH scrape surface cooking pan with vacuum, and vacuum cooling system.
Complete with pre mix and hoist. All stainless steel cook/quench
system for pasta and rice. BCH all stainless steel jacketed scrape
surface tipping pan. DC Norris 500 and 300litre jacketed pans with
