You appear to say this problem does not entirely stop traffic from
flowing. Please provide a debug wpa_supplicant log that shows a
complete session (i.e. a log with -d and/or -dd).
Why do you set eapol_version=1. Is this really needed? What is your AP
make/model?
Note also that country=RU is ignored on freebsd.
