Stephen get the point. I didn't set the p:4 with the -p switch and probably the other part on linux didn't know much more me on this setup. It was my fault but at that time I really don't know so much about ipip tunnelling.
Now after all of your explanations I see correctly how things works.

Btw.
It should be a very good thing if in the man page there were some examples also about connecting linux systems (not only cisco systems) so we can easily tune up things.
