Or it does, but RTS/CTS aren't wired right? (if used .. so many options!)

Still depends on how cuaa0 and ttyd1 are defined, no?

yep,It's my null-modem cable's probem O:-) ,and it works excellents with 
another
null-modem!thanks again!
