Well....I'm online now. I just let it sit and I opened up some stuff and it tried to connect up to the internet and it worked.. So it appears touch and go. I had this same issue the first time I ran 4.6-RC...3 I think, but it was an RC vers. below is from the ppp.log from when I connected.
