Just to see if I understand, do you mean to connect to ``something
else'' besides [NIC]:orphan ? - so that another node can be put in
the chain ?
The netgraph code on the cvs NETGRAPH branch should be able to do
this although I haven't tested it for some time. The idea is that
you can configure a chain of nodes, sending them ascii messages if
required. The nodes are arbitrary...
