Trying to find out which interface an IP packet is coming from in ip_output() routine

Hi,       Can anybody help me find a way to find out which interface an IP packet is coming from in ip_output()/ip_input() routine?  You help is greatly appreciated. Thks a lot!    Aihua Guo
