No I haven't but if you know who develops it and where the information
is located, maybe you could point me in the right direction ? :

Well I know you can download junos 4.4 and run it over a FreeBSD machine
and use MPLS without any trouble whatsoever. The fact that the MPLS is tied
to their ASICs is a fact , but I know it can also run over a standard FreeBSD
without any ASICS
