I should mention that the machine whose addresses are
fe80::200:c0ff:fecb:bdf2%dc0 and fec0::1:200:c0ff:fecb:bdf2 is another
FreeBSD 4.3-STABLE box (but running code from before the recent KAME
merge).  It is advertising the link-local prefix to this subnet.
