Pls look at the following configuration.

R = 192.168.3.1 H = 192.168.3.5
H = 192.168.3.5 R = 192.168.3.1
I have done the following steps
Step1:In Router side
ifconfig gif0 up
gifconfig gif0 192.168.3.1 192.168.3.5
route add –inet6 default –interface gif0
Step2:In Host side
ifconfig gif0 up
gifconfig gif0 192.168.3.5 192.168.3.1
route add –inet6 default –interface gif0
Step3:
ping6 -I gif0 ff02::1
My Problem : IT DID NOT WORK
My Doubts:
1.Is this the proper configuration?
2.How to test configured tunneling mechanism in the above configuration
diagram.
