No! I just tried it on my 4.3-RELEASE box which is configured as
IPv4/IPv6 dual stack but no IPv6 link. It end up with:
# ping6 www.kame.net
ping6: UDP connect: No route to host
I suspect you have wrong IPv6 route installed.
