You *can* do it both ways. Right after a release, I often download
the "everything" torrent, then continue to seed that one while also
seeding the partial torrents. I use file links to avoid needing to
download the partial torrents separately.
Ah, that's a good idea. I'll do something like that tonight.
That solution doesn't seem to be very obvious to me though. Not that I am
an expert in this kind of stuff.
