i've booted in single mode and ran fsck but this didn't fixed the problem
but fsck prints the inode of the corrupted file, so i used clri and
removed the inode then ran fsck again , and everything was ok.
but after rebooting :
1)in multiuser:
and running fsck it output an error
2)in single:
and running fsck , no problem
