Then should I file a PR after someone tells me what kind of naming scheme they'd rather have than dopreadv() and dopwritev() :-P ? Or should I combine all of the 4 read functions together (as well as all of the 4 write functions) ? The current patch is against 6-CURRENT, but applies almost perfectly against 5-STABLE as well, and works for me. ;-) Marc
