Ah, hummm. Perhaps this is because no files have been taken off the vendor branch. I see that the latest revision of lukemftpd.h (for instance) is 1.1.1.2, which is still in the vendor branch and not in a separate RELENG_4 branch :-/ Hmmm, you're right.
