We've had good luck with boards from Axiom, Teknor, Megatel, and Adastra running FreeBSD. The model numbers change with time, but the first two were in the short ISA format, while the latter two were in pc100, or variations thereof. In fact, we've found very few boards that have issues with FreeBSD. And none where the issues were promptly resolved by the vendor.
