I'm not nearly a copyright expert, but it seems to me that Intel put a BSD-like copyrihght on mentioned sources. Intel's copyright is included in rcvbundle.h, so I hope some of BSD "legals" can check on that, and if in any doubt the simplest thing to do would be asking Intel for their position before including the code in a official distributon.
