As a kernel newbie, you should get used to this kind of problem. Plan
ahead. If you *do* run into trouble, and you want help, you need to
give more information. Basically, though, you need to use kernel.old,
which is either a file in / or a directory in /boot.
You should also apply the same rules described in
http://echunga.lemis.com/questions.html, including a descriptive
subject.
