I am sorry for missing this.  I was out of town at the time
and just now cleaning my inbox down to that point.

RTEMS is not pure-GPL -- it does allow binary redistribution.  It also
has an exception that allows linking RTEMS with an application without
causing the application to be covered by the GPL.
