Betreff: sysKonnect dual gig adapter

Looking at the description of the sysKonnect dual adapter, its not clear
if
this is a real 2 port nic or that the second port is only a failover
port. I
have 2 questions for anyone who has one:

1) Can this be used as a 2 port gigabit NIC?
2) Does this NIC have hardware failover (that is, when power is cut the
2
ports will be physically tied together. I dont know of any PC plug in
that
does this, but its a neat feature.
