Folks,
I have made the proposal to merge CURRENT for some monthes ago. And some
comments and requirements were recieved.
Rewriting device driver for Firewire is now ongoing. The snapshot can be
download
from following URL,
ftp://ftp.uec.ac.jp/pub/firewire/beta/
The code does not have enough function for using many firewire devices.
A lot of
work will be necessary to satisfy users. Also, any document has not
been provided
yet. Anyway, I will proceed with this code for FreeBSD implementation,
if possible.
