2 interfaces on one machine

Hello.

i have 2 interface netcard on one computer.
This card have ip numbers from one net , eq 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.2
i see in log files message 
arp 192.168.0.2 is on lo0 but got reply from xx:xx:xx:xx on fxp0 ?

what is it ?
