16 GByte (marketing GBytes :-)), the BIOS by itself is unable to boot
right. 16 billion bytes.
A simple marketing trick to cheat you for 7.6%
I think, it's only 7.3%

(16*1024*1024*1024-16000000000)/16000000000*100
7.300

but it's just to cheat you; and nobody cares about 1179869184 bytes, more
then 1 billion of bytes :-(
