If people could send me an email address where I could send and state my
interest in a VMWare port for FreeBSD (I would of course pay for a copy
of VMWare if it existed), I'll do it.

The stuff on the WWW page is too 'generic', and I'd rather get it in the
hands of someone who will do something about it.
