Seems like FreeBSD can handle a real high load > without problems... If you can believe it they drove the system load up to 114 with their horrible Perl CGI's. Ammazingly, I could type "sudo apachectl stop" and wait 30 seconds or so for it to run. 114 and I didn't need to reboot the system. I was pleasantly surprised.
