You are running 9-STABLE from what date? Does your local source has fix from http://svnweb.freebsd.org/base/stable/9/libexec/rtld-elf/rtld.c?r1=234454&r2=234453 incorporated?

Also if you wait after pressing Ctrl+T for the first time and press it again did user and system time change for the process?
