I too am running /usr/ports/www/nspluginwrapper recently updated by jkim@ and
emulators/linux_base-f10 and www/linux-f10-flashplugin10 - works flawlessly.
(on -STABLE).

You are running www/nspluginwrapper and not www/nspluginwrapper-devel ... right 
?
