I installed openjdk 7 and then tried to build eclipse, but it still downloaded openjdk 6 for the install. Was this only needed for the compilation and is later removed? I know openjdk 7 needed v6 to compile and then removed it.
Why does Eclipse still download it if v7 is installed?
