If not then I'd propose to do that once the code freeze is over so that
eclipse-devel can be used for people to work on 3.6.0.
After the last 3.5.2 patch the p2 updater worked fine for me. But I
didn't test plugins with OS dependent parts like the C/C++ workbench and
photran. I like to see 3.6 in eclipse-devel.
