Copying plugins/org.eclipse.swt/Eclipse SWT PI/motif/library/make_linux.mak
into plugins/org.eclipse.swt/Eclipse SWT PI/motif/library/make_freebsd.mak

===> Applying FreeBSD patches for eclipse-3.1.2

File to patch:

Hi Nguyen,

This actually indicates that one of the patches the port is trying to apply cannot find the file it is intended for. Somehow the port "recipe" doesn't match what's in the distribution file.

In this case, it looks like you're using a rather old copy of the ports tree, since java/eclipse is now Eclipse 3.3. Unless you're specifically looking to run Eclipse 3.1, I'd suggest updating your ports and trying again.

If java/eclipse doesn't work for you, give java/eclipse-devel a try, as it's more actively maintained.

Hope that helps,

Mike.
