ports/java/eclipse-webtools is outdated. And not applicable to
ports/java/eclipse.

What you need:
1. EMF SDO XSD sdk v2.3.2 EMF SDO XSD sdk v2.3.2:
emf-sdo-xsd-SDK-2.3.2.zip (25.4M)
2. Graphical Editing Framework (GEF): GEF-SDK-3.3.2.zip (6.2M)
3. Data Tools Platform (DTP) (required only for EJB or JPT development):
dtp-sdk_1.5.2_022008.zip (21M)
and
4. Web Standard Tools (WST) It includes the runnable code and end-user
documentation for those using the tools to develop web applications. In
particular, non-Java oriented Web Apps (such as HTML, XML, CSS, etc):
