stat(1) lists invalid variable st_mtimespec in -s EXAMPLES

st_mtime is included in the output when running `stat -s filename` under 
both csh and sh but st_mtimespec is not; probably both examples are 
incorrect. Any further insight into what is going on with the example vs 
the results?
