the commit hash is a link to

after the git transition this should be
https://cgit.freebsd.org/doc/commit/?id=482d8311b8
AFAICT this comes from:
<pubdate its:translate="no">$FreeBSD$</pubdate>
<releaseinfo its:translate="no">$FreeBSD$</releaseinfo>
I'm not sure where in the doc tools this is handled.
