On the https://www.freebsd.org/releases/11.1R/installation.html installation
page, in the "Updgrading from Source" section, the page reads "The procedure
for doing a source code based update is described in and ." because there is no
anchor text in the links - there needs to be something between the "<a href>"
and the "</a>".
