module-rtp-recv binds to port 37670 instead of port 9875 (SAP_PORT):
avg pulseaudio 15045 15 udp4 192.168.0.136:37670 *:*
37670 == htons(9875)
There is an upstream fix for this glaring issue:

But, unfortunately, there hasn't been a release after the fix (more than a year
ago).
