Keyman is a very nice program for typing multilingual input. It supports
over 2000 languages. And many of them have intelligent features, like
automatically adding diacritics where needed, and providing visual feedback
when composing characters with diacritics.

But it's a bear to compile. The build system is very complicated,
involving meson, emscripten, and Node.js, among other things. My knowledge
isn't broad enough to build it for FreeBSD.

Are there any other multilingual FreeBSD typists out there who might be
interested in collaborating? Together we might get somewhere. By myself,
I'll have to give up and make do with the regular gnome keyboards.
