I think it would be useful to list which Linux versions enable support
for which hardware/GPU.
Then we can decide priority.

For example Intel Core Ultra needs Linux 6.8 to boot, 6.9 to work
well. So graphics drivers require this as a minimal version, not sure
if <6.8 graphics driver can also work.
AMD Ryzen AI 300 needs 6.11 to work well.
