After updating to yesterday's -CURRENT, my IBM Thinkpad A22m stoped booting. It hangs at:
GEOM: create disk ad0 dp=0xc3ded670 ad0: 38154MB <IC25N040ATCS04-0> [77520/16/63] at ata0-master UDMA33 ata1: resetting devices .. done The console is still alive, but the kernel appears to be waiting for an interrupt that will never come. My Thinkpad is known to have a buggy ata controller which (sometimes? all the time?) fails to send interrupts for ata1-slave, and causes various revisions of the kernel to complain in various places. -CURRENT used to complain at boot, and the most recent working kernel I have complains at shutdown.
