This is what I did for a quick fix:

In sys/dev/ray/if_ray.c, comment out the line:

        #include <net/if_ieee80211.h>

and add the lines

        #include <net80211/ieee80211_var.h>
        #include <net80211/ieee80211_ioctl.h>

Just like Sam did with the 'wi' and the 'an' drivers.
sys/net/if_iee80211.h was removed from the tree, I think.
